The Great Bubbly Build is a 2023 half-hour Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go special.
Plot
When Sandy and Carly set out to make an art project together, Sandy focuses on its form and Carly focuses on its function. But when their ideas clash and the project fails, they learn that it needs the right mix of both of their ideas to succeed.

- This special marks a few things:
- The is the only half-hour episode in All Engines Go and the first half-hour episode in the franchise since the original series episode, Thomas and the Royal Engine.
- The first production to feature Shaun Jemmett and Oliver Milchard as Thomas and Percy in the UK dub, respectively.
- The second All Engines Go production (not counting the Short Story Adventures mini-series) to premiere on the official Thomas & Friends YouTube channel before being broadcast on television, the first being the second season episode Shake, Rattle and Bruno.
- The final production to feature Henri Charles as Percy in the UK dub.
- The final production written by Niki Lytton before she left the writing team.
- The only special to use the Mattel Television/Creations logo which debuted in the 2017 movie, Journey Beyond Sodor.
- Salty's last speaking role until the 2025 movie, Sodor Sings Together.
- Shaun Jemmett and Oliver Milchard joins the voice cast.

Goofs
- When the engines enter the new train wash, they all disappear before fully moving out of the frame.
- In the UK dub, the music cuts off and restarts in some scenes.
- When Sandy leaves McColl Farm at the beginning of the special, her tail-lamp is missing.
